I handle the account side of things - creating users with the right licenses, managing group memberships, making sure Outlook and Teams access actually lines up with what people need. I also tie everything back to Active Directory so identity stays consistent across both systems.

The Work

Meetings run on Teams and Zoom now, especially when people can’t gather in person. I help make sure those meetings actually happen without tech becoming the main conversation. That means supporting Teams and Zoom for both regular meetings and larger virtual events, troubleshooting audio and video issues when they pop up, helping with setup for hybrid sessions, and guiding people who aren’t comfortable with the tools yet.
